Fees range based on the type of therapy offered. Individual sessions are $180/50 min session and family sessions, adjunct therapies and assessments range based on time allocated. 

I am pleased to provide a monthly Superbill to you if you are out-of-network. 

I am currently paneled and accept Aetna and Cigna insurance in CA and VA.

Having a therapeutic alliance is essential and working with a therapist that provides an environment where you feel safe and comfortable is paramount. I provide a free 15 minute consultation via phone or Zoom for us to connect and learn about one another. If I'm not the best fit either in terms of experience or connection, I will gladly provide you with referrals to excellent practitioners within my network.
