Fees range based on the type of therapy offered. Individual sessions are $200/50 min session and family sessions, adjunct therapies and assessments range based on time allocated. 

Concierge services are determined based on location and length of time.

Fees are collected through a secure portal with credit, debit, HSA and Zelle payment options available.

Monthly Superbills are available to you for insurance reimbursement.

Telehealth therapy sessions are held on a HIPAA complaint platform for California and Virginia based individuals. Therapy sessions are offered Monday through Thursday, evening appointments are available with weekend intensives or crisis sessions as needed. 

First session is an intake appointment and lasts 60 minutes, subsequent sessions are 50 minutes unless a specific adjunct therapy is utilized. It is recommended that first three sessions are held weekly. From there, a customized treatment plan is built for the client/patient with sessions timing based on specific need.

Concierge Therapy (travel to you) is available and is based on need and length of time required. 

Having a therapeutic alliance is essential and working with a therapist that provides an environment where you feel safe and comfortable is paramount. I provide a free 15 minute consultation via phone or Zoom for us to connect and learn about one another. If I'm not the best fit either in terms of experience or connection, I will gladly provide you with referrals to excellent practitioners within my network.
